Patrick Kafka is a former Austrian-American model born in 1989. He was signed to Q Management New York City and Stella Models at the age of 15​1​. His early career was marked by his debut at Milan Fashion Week in 2009, where he walked for renowned brands like Dolce & Gabbana, Dsquared2, Jil Sander, Zegna, and Moschino, among others. He also had assignments for Ralph Lauren and Trussardi, and his first job was a campaign for Abercrombie & Fitch​2​.

Over the years, Kafka has worked with renowned fashion photographers like Arnaldo Anaya-Lucca, Sam Bassett, Inez van Lamsweerde, and Vinoodh Matadin, appearing in various men’s magazines like Flaunt, the Italian edition of L’Officiel Hommes, the Japanese edition of GQ, the Spanish version of Esquire, and the German edition of Playboy. His clients include high-fashion brands like Armani, Balmain, Diesel, Perry Ellis, Thom Browne, Roberto Cavalli, and Simon Spurr​3​.
