Dwyane Wade has made the difficult decision to leave Florida. The reason for this was the state policy, in particular the laws passed, which infringe on LGBTQ rights. And since his daughter is transgender, the former basketball player believes that further residence in the state will be uncomfortable for his family. His daughter changed gender and name three years ago and Wade supported her and continues to do so now.
Of course, it’s hard to leave the state where you became a legend, but it looks like family means a lot more to Dwyane. And it deserves respect!
